3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Users under 18 must have parental consent
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Instructor Terms

4.1 Instructor Qualifications

Instructors must have legitimate martial arts credentials and experience. We reserve the right to verify qualifications and remove instructors who provide false information.

• Platform fee: 5% of gross revenue
• Payments processed through Stripe
• Monthly subscription fees: $25 (Basic) or $50 (Advanced)
• Refunds subject to our refund policy

5. Student Terms

5.1 Course Access

Students gain access to courses upon successful payment. Access is non-transferable and for personal use only.

5.2 Student Conduct

• Respectful interaction with instructors and other students
• No recording or redistribution of course content
• Compliance with instructor guidelines and safety requirements

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

6.2 Subscription Billing

• Instructor subscriptions are billed monthly
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice

6.3 Refund Policy

• Course refunds: Within 7 days if less than 20% completed
• Subscription refunds: Pro-rated for unused time
• Technical issues: Full refund if unresolved

7. Intellectual Property

The Martial Space platform, including design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they create but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.
